Probably has to do with military background maybe. I saw people mention that but really I don't now. I wouldn't mind making a bigger sized SS some plays.

You can't be fat in TES. The "weight" slider in Skyrim was just a "how muscular do want your character to look?" option.

Should work like this in game with visual changes : if you horde food and eat tons of it to heal you gain weight, and opposite if you never eat lol

Well, ESO wasn't developed by BGS. Though I've heard a lot of good things about its character creator. Perhaps it will be something BGS will take note of for a future TES game.
