Many PS3 players have issues with Skyrim and after long time of searching for a solution I came out with this:
There is sth on PS3 called "Safe Mode" It has some options: http://faq.en.playstation.com/euf/assets/images/FAQ%20Images/usb_up1.jpg
I used option 3 "Restore File System". The game now is a lot better and I'm satisfied with it. I advise you to try it out.
You can also try option 4 "Rebuild Database" if option 3 didn't work out.
Note: These two options may delete playlists and messages, go to the link below for more information.
Warning: Don't use option 5 "Restore PS3 System". It deletes everything in the system.
