Yeah that's right..

Those darn dragons! I think am cursed.. i have run into 4 dragons totaly (Yes including the one in the beginning of the quest/ game at that tower).

One dragon just refused to even attack me, he circled above me, i fired arrows at him and shouted fire and everything like that.. But nothing, 10 minutes of whack a' dragon and he flew off in the horizon

Now i started up the main quest after putting order into the Civil War.. (Awesome stuff btw, well done Beth..) and even in the main quest i hardly see dragons..
Are they random? Or do i have to do alot of mainquest stuff first to get hold of one? Where else do i find them etcetera?

I heard Dragons that are much higher lv than you will not attack as easily try going to one of the mountian tops you have killed at before they respawn
