A thought on Crysis 2 Dx11

Post » Thu Jun 02, 2011 10:13 pm

I was just reading about Dragon Age 2 high res download pack which includes Dx11 features. Could it be a way of combating piracy? Maybe thats why we have been hearing that it will not ship with Dx11. This is good news if it is the same setup.

no because every single DLC for PC was/is pirated and integrated with pirated versions anyways.

May not be for piracy reasons but could be the same set up. Day 1 download for the Dx 11 features and high rez textures. We we will have to wait and see I guess.

DA 2 is also multiplatform... I hope Crytek does the same!!
Because of this i wouldn't be surprised if later this year or the next we start to see some blueray games. I Prefer that than downloading huge patches.
