I recently cleared out the bandits in Panat, on the shores of Lake Amaya near Pelagiad, and was planning to use it as my hideout. However, after a night's rest there, I went to Pelagiad to sell the armour the bandits had been wearing, and when I returned, I found that, while the bandits were still gone, and all the items were where I left them, a small pack of nix-hounds had moved in. Is this normal? Does this mean it's not safe to use Panat as a home/store valuable items there?
