I want to dabble in duel wielding swords for a bit, just for the Spartacus effect. I'll spend most of my time stitching between shield & sword and shield and magika though.

And of course confused turtle for those long treks through dangerous forests :toughninja:

I'm looking forward to being a confused turtle. Maybe it's not that much of a stretch for me anyway. :turtle:

Doesn't seem to rule it out does it ? EDIT: Dual polearms I mean.

Was going to add a poll, but just too many options and not enough patience, you know yourself

I think this is a single polearm held with both hands.

This is not official...so i dont get the point of this. Not only dual wielding shields would be incredibly dumb (though funny to think about), there is no confirmation at all of polearms, regardless of what Todd has mentioned in podcasts. They wouldnt reveal it either before E3.

It's not comprehensive but I don't think PC Gamer would of made a "preview" of a few combinations you can wield without getting told by BGS reps or having seen these in gameplay themselves. It's not even substantial information to nitpick at releasing. And I'm sure Pete Hines was aware of the table they put together.

It's about time they put that up. We knew about it a while ago but there was no link due to the magazine rule.

While dual wielding shields doesn't really sound like a very practical choice, I see absolutely no reason why we shouldn't be able to do it. I might try it at some point just for fun, but I doubt I'll do it as a regular option, shields will probably be best used in one hand while wielding a one handed weapon or spell in the other.

They forgot bow and arrow, but i'd do confused turtle, who doesn't like bashing things? and kite shields even have a pointy end !!! (basic tactic that applies to swordsfighting, poke them with the point end)
