On my 9INT melee PA playthrough, I walk in power armor all the time & i have like 40 cores left. On Survival. I never used cheats. Also I carry 3 sets in my bag.

It might not be helpfull at level 50 (I still doubt that, what if you get surrounded by legendary/hunter rad-scorpions out in the glowing sea or get ganked by a Legendary Assaultron Dominator while taking on others? I'm sure PA would make that situation less painful), but it sure as hell helped make the journey from 1 to 50 several times easier on Survival.

PA isn't OP, it's that regular armor values are so terrible for some odd reason. Like lol 20 armor on legs/feet? 30-40 on chest? It should be twice that much. and 3x-4x with 4/4 armorer.

I stand corrected.

One guy on fallout reddit had awesome idea for power armor DLC or mod: "This just popped into my head. For the autonomous suit idea, If I were to implement it, I'd make it into a intelligence perk at rank 10 (or higher?) you could create a new AI chip with a selection of personalities to choose from as you're creating it, or you could retrofit an existing companions AI chip into the armor."

This way power armor would work like companion but you could enter it any moment and take control of it, this way you would have armor with you everywhere.

After that you posted his idea, other people started to add to it, here are some of their ideas:

Low health; "WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY TO DIE FOR THIS GREAT NATION."

Kill anything; "RED CHINESE INVADER: DESTROYED."

Suit takes damage; "THE CONSTITUTION IS MY ARMOR."

Impact landing; "LET FREEDOM RING."

-I just want the ability to call in my power armor when I need it in the field, a-la Titan Fall.

That would be the perfect reason to side with the BoS other than because they are the best.
