Thoughts on Skyrim from the beginning to now...

Basicly. What was your thoughts on Skyrim when you first got it and what is it now with all DLCs and patches. Do you like the game more or less? Are you anti-DLC person? and so on...

As for me. I'm gonna compare Skyrim to the other main TES games quite a lot.

~11/11/11 Skyrim~
I got Skyrim when it first came out and personally. I like it more than both Arena and Oblivion but barely more than Oblivion actually... Though still things I liked in Arena and Oblivion more than in Skyrim but overall... I like Skyrim more.

Now why? Well for one. Arena is my least favorite cause of so many restrictions so I think any future TES game will beat it for surely though Arena still has best main enemy (Jagar Tharn). Now why better than Oblivion? Well. Probably because of Oblivion's lack of 'continuation'. Like for example. Oblivion Gates. I personally would close an Oblivion Gate over killing a dragon any day BUT the Gates don't keep coming. They will eventually end. At least the dragons do keep coming, though sometimes at the worst times but at least I never run out of dragons. Another example is some of my favorite NPCs in Oblivion all get killed in quests or become someone else. In Skyrim, the NPCs weren't as good except for a few but the few stay alive. At least I count that a good thing.

Some other things that made me like Skyrim more than Oblivion... Werewolves. Radiant Quests. Skyrim Province (I'm a huge fan of the Northern lands and such. I actually want to move to Canada). I like the Argonians more. Etc.

~Dawnguard~
Now this is where Skyrim started getting real good and awesome for me... I, for one, love the Dawnguard armor and that armor is what I wear most of the time actually. This is something I never did in Oblivion. In Oblivion, I wear either Bound or Daedric. None of the other armor sets in Oblivion really interested me that much. At least not the ones that were gainable... Plus Crossbows. I love Crossbows. Best way to get me to love a medieval game is make sure to have Crossbows. Plus some actual interesting vampires, that I personally ended up liking, and some pretty awesome boss battles. Rarely see good boss battles in the TES series to be honest. Also, the return of two classic artifacts really made me happy. (Talking about Auriel's Bow and Auriel's Shield). Note: Classic artifacts are the original artifacts that was in Arena and still kept returning in other games... Also, due to the patch release at around this time. Return of Mounted-Combat!

~Hearthfire~
Skyrim didn't got too much better except now it has best house DLC. I always hated getting houses in all TES games unless they were modded (And in that case. Only good house mod I have ever had was Solstheim Castle for Morrowind but lets not talk about mods, shall we?). This DLC made me quite happy cause building my house how I wish and actually hiring people and keep the house interesting. Great, nice, and non-combat related DLC that made Skyrim better for me.

~Dragonborn~
Now this is when Skyrim beat Morrowind for me... Mainly because they brought in some of the GOOD elements from Morrowind. Huge fan of returning to Solstheim. Huge fan of seeing a lot of other neat returns like Bonemold armor and the Morrowind alcohol drink XD. Huge fan of Master Neloth. And so many other things... Also... Karstaag. Still a bit sad about a few things but overall, this DLC made me like Skyrim more than Morrowind. Now Skyrim is only behind Daggerfall for me...

Note: The big reason why I like Skyrim more than Morrowind is due to my Morrowind dislike list. Want me to list 5 things I dislike in Morrowind? (FYI: I can list more!)
1. Broken Argonians and Khajiits (FYI: Those legs).
2. Cliffracers.
3. Fargoth.
4. Spellcasting system and Combat System (FYI: Oblivion has best Spellcasting system. Skyrim's is really good and I like the idea but I think some self-spells should be castable with my Claymore out).
5. Herma-Mora but moving-wise and not talkinnnnggggg wiiiiiissssseeee...

~Patch 1.9~
Now I don't have the new patch but I like the idea of a harder mode than Master. I personally love fighting tougher enemies even though it is just x# their attack and x0.# my attack. As for Legendary Skills. Don't bother me.
