* Multiplayer barely works at all (which in all honesty is why I bought this), which I find odd as the demo was almost flawless.
* DX11 isn't a massive issue for me, as I'm running a Q9300 with two 9600GTs (run's fine on the lowest setting).
* I trust that the major issues will be resolved say, over the next few days, week or so. There's no point rushing patches if they're going to add more issues - it's only going to make a bad situation worse.
* I won't be pre-ordering any game from Crytek / EA again, ever.
* Right now, I'd say the vast majority of people haven't received the game they've paid for.
* Anyone that says not to complain needs to chiggety-check-themselves, you've handed over the cash and you've not received the goods as described.
Moreover, I have a more faith in this situation than say, with the MineCraft guys...
EA, CryTek are large organisations, something's clearly gone wrong with Crysis 2 - and I imagine that matters will be resolved - probably not soon enough, but it will happen.
Don't know if there are any MineCraft fans on here but 'Mojang' seriously need to get a grip. It's basically a company of kids with a few million in the bank, they have no clue what they need to achieve and seemingly no real direction, other than introducing more revenue streams (mobile devices etc.) - all before the beta's even in an acceptable state. Laughed my arse off the other day, the creator was blogging about introducing an 'Achievements' system in it - get a grip and finish the product!
At least with Crysis 2 it looks like the game's there but the functionality is ganked and hopefully all it needs are couple of switches flipped...
That's about as much consolation as we're going to get at the moment I think. Does anyone know how the console versions are coming along? I assume they're proving less problematic.
