One thing I enjoyed about oblivion was that there were many more world altering mods than are available with Fallout 3. The one that realy caught my eye was ??? (can't remember the name ) not only did this mod remove the borders but it added a world beyond them. I would love there to be a similiar one for Fallout 3, so my question is, is there?
I know you can just alter the .ini file to erase the game borders, but I can't remember if there are actual textures and whatnot beyond them, or if it is just some Lod trickery!

It would also be nice if there was actual cities, creatures, Npcs and other things that add emersion, but that is probably asking for alot.

That's a fun sounding idea. I also can't deny the feeling of wanting to get over those borders!
