I'm walking around in the Wasteland, just came to Rivet City to ask where Dad went. I turn on my Radio and there's Three Dog talking how Project Purity succeeded and how there's clean water everywhere. Prescient much? Anyone else encountered such a bug?

PS.: also got attacked by an Enclave soldier in full Power armor. So far all I heard from the Enclave is the President, preaching his thing. Enclave soldiers should only appear when I escape from their prison, yes?

No, I'm pretty sure that Three Dog reports genuine events because he says it's been three weeks since Brotherhoord of Steel kicked Enclave's ass. That's the time it takes for the PC to wake up when they turn on the Purifier.
