I found the throw voice shout and I've seen some videos of it on Youtube where the shout makes a voice shout profanities at people. However, my shout makes no voice other than the whisper my character makes. I can see the subtitles and enemies react to it accordingly, but I can't hear the voice shouting the decoy phrases. Looking at the Youtube comments I'm not the only one having this problem. Does anyone else experience this and is there a known fix?

Same thing with me. I have seen it in subtitles, but I have not heard it.

I'm having the same issue, though oddly enough only on one character (female dark elf) but not on another (male nord).

Mine works too. Frankly, I wish I had your problem. It makes zero sense to me to shout and then hear some whiney voice saying "Hey Skeever butt!" in the distance. Is that supposed to be my character's voice? Gods, I hope not.

I was having that problem too when I was playing my previous character (Altmer female) but it works fine for my current one, Imperial female. Maybe the shout just doesn't like elves?

My girlfriend had the same problem on her bosmer (female), but my Breton (male) worked. I think it's an elf problem, if some of the females are working.

Very strange. Can anyone comment if it works right with a male elf?

What are the race/six combinations of the characters you guys are having this problem on?

I'm getting this too with a female argonian, I think Bethesda might not have included any voices for certain race/six combinations. In the files, there are voices for male and female 'even toned' (presumably the humans), male orcs and male khajiit. That's it.

Any way to get a Bethesda employee to comment on if that's the case, or if this is actually a bug?
