Throw voice shout

So... is this just some gag shout or does it actually have purpose?

It's very demeaning when using it... I feel it will put my enemies into a deep depression...

"Hey skeever butt" "Hey ugly" "Hey cheesebrain" "Hey troll bait"

It's just meant to distract enemies, it seems to be more of a novelty thing though.

It's extremely useful if you're playing a stealth character. Has basically the exact same function as firing arrows off across a room to get NPCs to move.

The thing is that it makes enemies within like 20 ft of you alerted to your presence, so rather than going in the direction of the shout they walk towards you. Not very useful, imo. :(

if you havent found the benefit of this shout yet...your not playing the appropriate playstyle for maximum benefit.

though after i leveled illusion up to get invisibility its makes this shout absolutely useless

Sounds much more threatening if you're a male Orc.

It's a full, three-word stealth shout, found near the stealth character's signature mask. That area is meant for stealth characters.

I was just thinking of how useful that shout would be. Sadly enough, my thief isn't going to do the main quest for some time.

Edit: To clarify what the shout is, you place your cursor, use the shout, and an orb appears where your cursor was, yells an insult, and disappears. It attracts enemies to the area where the orb was, and not to you. It's TECHNICALLY a dragon whisper, just like Aura Whisper.

I've found that arrows work better, in most circumstances. Still amusing to have, though, especially if you're RPing an assassin that doesn't use bows.
