Throwing knives take away the personal touch of a knife stab so no. I want to watch their eyes fill with fear before they roll into their head. Throwing knives can't do that.

Think of it this way, you have your pistol out and your knife in the other hand. Say there's an universal ability that let's you throw said knife but it won't be a One hit kill it'll simply knock them down.

Don't compare a game to real life. Game developers don't use full realism for enjoyment purposes. Realism games are called simulators

No, the only thing I rather throw is just grenades, molotovs(whatever it's spelled) or some other type of explosives/grenades.

You mean, like in that one scene at the end of Modern Warfare 2, lol? (At least, I think it was MW2.) Kill the boss.....by throwing a knife in his face, oh yeah!

OT: I don't really care either way. I wouldn't be good enough to wield it anyway---lots of accidents would happen, lol! (*throws knife and gets teammate in the face* Oops! Sorry, sorry!)
