Is there any Elder Scrolls school of magic that is related to time?

The only one I know of is in the Shivering Ilse, and that's more for keeping people in complete suspension. I figure it's only possible there, due to the very nature of the isle (outside of Akatosh's power, as you are in Oblivion and on Sheogorath - His realm, his rules).

Otherwise, none, unless you have power over time (like the Numidium). I doubt a mage, and even a powerful one, can manipulate time, unless they were gods themselves or greater.

Yeah, tampering with Time is just paining a big bullseye on your forehead and begging for trouble

Dracochrysalides and Phynaster's stride immediately come to mind. The former is returning to the state, before Lorkhan and Mundus-time, except the body remains in Mundus-time. Dreaming, essentially. Think of Phynaster's stride as a new generation, surviving the old generation.

There are the Mirror Logicians, however Mirror Logic may be considered time magic only contingently (depending on whether these mages stole their chrysalis shells from the Numidium's depository, created them their-selves, or had them forced upon them due to the reflective nature of their skills).
