[IDEAREQ] Time progression increases enemy spawns

I am not sure if someone has already done something like this so if they have I would love a link. But basically I was thinking it would be interesting to see more dragons appear as more time in the game passes rather than just something that happens alongside the MQ. To me it makes sense that each passing day brings an increase to the dragons presence regardless of where you are in the MQ. Then if someone is just off wandering about for days/weeks/months there will maybe be a feeling of urgency to "man I really need to take care of this end of the world business".

Maybe the same thing could happen with the Civil War once you join a side. With each passing day/week/month Imperials/Stormcloaks spawn more and more until the war is resolved. Again this will push you to have that urgency.

Perhaps it can be expanded to other areas as well such as the Companions and Silver-Hand (has anyone considered making the Silver-Hand a joinable faction)? Also the Thalmor and Mages Guild (Thalmor could also be a joinable faction... as much as it disgusts me to say so). But I digress a bit... once you join a faction a timer could start which causes increase opposition spawn rates.

I don't create mods so I have no clue if this is reasonably possible but I think it would really make for some nice immersion.

Wars in Skyrim was cool in that you could find some epic battles but they just happened at an area in the game without any reason (time passage, quest trigger). Instead of using something like Wars in Skyrim maybe a timer would just make random encounters more epic/difficult especially if you could have a counter that looks at how many days since last faction/main quest progression. At first everything might be 1-1 then with time passage it becomes 2-1, 3-1, 4-1... with some sort of cap... then when you progress in the faction maybe it resets the counter back to 1-1 or drops to the previous count. So if you wait too long and it becomes 4-1 then after you progress 1 quest it becomes 3-1. The numbers could represent how fast the respawn rate is and/or how many spawn per spawn location.

Any thoughts? Feel free to just say flat out "this isn't possible" if that is the case. Just something I think would be pretty amazing and immersive if possible to implement.
