Me, I'm for restarting CI..

+1

Doesnt require anybody to be completely active throughout, as any inactive characters can be replaced by an ambitious upstart. Then using NPC characters again means it will be easier to assume control of another character should anybody stop posting.

Then CI it will be. I'll discuss some finer points once I get back in an hour or so.

I'll go with CI.

Tan, Squid, we'll pick back up with our plot in the next RP after CI, where our guys will be looking for Serosi.

So I just need to do some slight editing. I'm still sticking to the rule that the top three and then top five factions need to be filled out first. I can still lead the Telvanni but a Redoran and Hlaalu leader would be nice.

I'm thinking Redoran for myself.

If Story or PFA want to lead it, they can. If the unlikely factor occurs that neither of them want in on it, I'll lead it.

Story doesn't seem too active and I don't know how interested he is in this although I do remember him heading Redoran. PFA I think was more interested in the temple. There is also a few others i'd like to hear from concerning what roles they want. The more people (different people wooly not just you :P) talk the faster I can set this up.

Crap. I was really hoping that CI wouldn't get started again. It really doesn't seem interesting to me, as I never gave a rat's a.. about what Morrowind was up to. Dark Elves are my least favorite race (yes, that means that I love that Adoring Fan more) and Vvardenfall my least favorite province.

Edit: My only experience is Redoran. So, I don't know how I can fit in, as we don't have the final list of factions yet (?).

CI sounds cool to run, and since I'd be joining in the beginning, I could actually take a decent part in it.

That said... I could be Telvanni, but I'd rather be in one of the Third Factions, namely Ashlanders, Cammona Tong, Nordic Raiders, or either of the assassin guilds.

Son, I is dissapoint. Everyone loves Dunmer.

Would you be for leading it? I'd still RP Aryon because he has a specific role concerning the over all story line but as another character being archmagister. Aryon perhaps has gotten into trouble of some sort, who knows.

Could always go Legion and be pissed off at everything around you!

Well the assassins are kind of open for everyone as a secondary character. So that's fine.

You know, Immortal...

Have you ever thought about someone playing the actual Daedric commander of the Mythic Dawn in Morrowind?

I did but I don't want it because the oblivion crisis is NOT the plot. It's an aspect of the setting. Not going to turn this into a "rally together in LORT style and defeat the big bad evil red eye."

I was talking to Woolymammoth about a large mod im doing for House Redoran and he mentioned some fan fic stuff, so i asked him about it and this came up. It looked interesting so im going to give it a try. :)

I'm not the best at RP'ing but i do it a lot with my characters for MW, and im not that bad of a writer. So if i seem horrible at this just bare with me and tell me what im doing wrong :P Anyways ill be joining House Redoran.

Yeah you can be some sort of spiteful dike of a Legion garrison general. Actually there might be an NPC of that.

This spiteful dike to be exact:

Wouldn't the Blades be under the Empire as well? Caius Coscades and such?

Damn you EB :sadvaultboy:

Now I must be a subordinate Legion member to you as I really don't feel comfortable with Dunmer inter-house politics to RP one, but if the Legion is open IB, thats where I'd like to go. If we are really hurting for people in the houses though (which I suspect we probably will be with the amount of people who were in H&A) then I will throw my hat in with probably the Hlaluu.

Well I don't know. It seems half the people want the anvil story, and the other half want CI. I'm kind of getting burnt out with this. I just want a good RP already and stop wasting months at a time having one page written.

EB wants the Anvil thing. PFA and Solidor want this.

As for myself and I'm pretty sure the rest of us, we don't give one. Let's just do this first, and then once we are done, maybe Story will be more active and we can do the Hammerfell unification thing or whatever. Let's just quit flip flopping and get sure what we are going to do. We need to go ahead and commit to something.

And I say we do this. While the house aspect of Morrowind isn't my favorite thing in lore, I'd like to give the east a try with some actual politics, instead of fighting a war that Story really doesn't agree with at all. The west has been run and run in the timeline, and before we continue, I say we do something on the other side of the world, as this is a whole new slate of creativity and timeline lore to develop.

Let's get rolling. This is at least worth a try.

Like you said IB, you feel this RP is one of the best you've written (and you've written a lot of those, hell knows how many before my time). Give it a try. Don't let it sit here along with us and flip flop. I want to write something. Let PFA and all of those guys that haven't gotten on yet get on tomorrow and say what they want to do in the RP. Let's do this thing.

I felt exactly the same way before Circlet started, now I cant get enough of it.

I dont know what use the Ashlanders would have, at all. The Cammona Tong might be useful as a business option for the Hlaalu or Telvanni and the Nordic Raiders would be good alot later on in the story as a kind of bombshell to stir things up again. But really, I want a bigger focus on the house conflict, last time Telvanni and Redoran were both packed, even the legion and Ashlanders had more members than Hlaalu. It was just me and one other guy.

We still controlled more areas.

Well the assassins are kind of open for everyone as a secondary character. So that's fine.

I think we should have Factions Aligned with Factions. Problem is, figuring out which. Since Hlaalu is the wealthiest house and legally in control of Vvardenfel in the eyes of the empire, the legion is aligned with them. But then, so are alot of other factions.

If we figure that out, people who dont want to be in a main house can still work alongside them with the same goals.

I'll take the Empire then.

Yeah, I can't do that but I can try.

Your main goal is to kiss Drens shoes and be his [censored].

I'll take charge of the Temple, if there's still room for that faction. I think I figured out a way to integrate them more into the whole 'House Struggle' thing rather than just doing their own internal things and whatever.

Well the Temple would definitely be siding with Redoran. Although by now they might have a bit more of an Indoril flavour to them than seen in Morrowind, which could create some exploitable friction between the two (though I've little idea how Redoran and Indoril get on; my guess is they're pretty fine with each other).

And on the subject of Ashlanders, migrating tribes could be a means to destabilise a part of someone's holdings (like say, mine) without directly interfering yourself, although I too am of the oppinion these smaller factions should be avoided, at least for now. Later on they could add some twists to the RP though, if it's stable enough to get to that.

What's this? Circlet Ignited is making a return? Well then, I suppose I'm just going to have to drop out of college to participate.

Jokes aside, I can make some time for this one. I really enjoyed CI the first time around, after all. Back to the Legion, unless there aren't enough people in the Houses. In that case, I could go Redoran or possibly Telvanni. Hlaalu isn't my thing.
