I recalled my dwellers that were out exploring and had a few hours for them top show up, I then had put my tablet to sleep so I could wait for them. I check back later and my dwellers turned back around and kept exploring, except they aren't finding anything or fighting anything. The log keeps adding the same time that they're at, but nothing else. I then checked my supply rooms, and all of them would be ready in over an hour. Can anybody help? I called them back so I could revive people who hour killed during a fight against molerats now I can't get any supplies and I'm running out.

Set the time forward a bit, recall all your dwellers, rush all the rooms, send them out. Rinse and repeat.
