I am playing Fallout Shelter on an Moto X 2nd Gen Android running 5.1, and have experienced 2 bugs, which I believe to be unrelated.
1. Timetable suddenly accelerates
- (Somewhat rare) While playing, the timetable will accelerate, which causes producton rooms to suddenly finish, training to finish, pregnant dwellers to give birth, and children to grow up. While this actually works in the player's favor most of the time, this can be dangerous to any vault dwellers actively exploring in the Wasteland. The timetable seems to accelerate to teh equivalent of a full day, which leaves Dwellers in the Wasteland open to dying if they do not have enough supplies. However, this also works in the player's favor if they survive, as they gain massive XP, and bring a great deal of loot and caps to the Vault.
2. If phoneis turned off in the middle of an incident, vault saves in a permanent "incident state"
- In the middle of a deathclaw attack, my device ran out of charge and shut down, and when I turned it back on, the game booted up seemingly locked in "incident mode". The deathclaws were gone (thankfully), but the vault was locked in "incident mode", which locked me out of rushing production rooms, and had the alarms blaring constantly. The Vault door was still destroyed and open (I did not attempt to send anyone out of it; I will try to do so and update this post), and I could still see a hole in an elevator shaft where the Deathclaws had tunneled through to the floor below.
If anyone at Bethesda support could let me know if there is a fix for this, or if any other players have experienced this, please post a reply.
