I can't really remember, but isn't glass which weapons and armor are made out of supposed to be tougher than, you know, normal glass? Since I was unsure, I voted both light / heavy glass weapons. Ebony weapons are rare and special, they should ignore normal weapon resistance.
I don't particularly care for werewolves or werebears, but I like enemy variety, and seeing as werebears are mentioned in lore, they should be included. I'm not loving the idea of clans, though.
A couple of versions of the same armor make sense. I would love to be able to combine different armor pieces, as well as wear clothing over / under the armor where suitable.
Drug effects are unnecessary. Spears and crossbows - sure, why not?
Different piercing / ear sets, like in MW, shouldn't be hard to implement and would make for a bit more customization, but, like tattoos, could easily be added by mods, just as hair could, but I think more variety in hairstyles should be included. I don't care for different teeth.
Khajiit and Argonians should have beastly legs, but should also be able to wear some type of boots.
Different voices for the same race - this would require more money, but there are good cheap voice actors out there, so perhaps this wouldn't be too much to ask, voted yes. I don't care if there are sub-races or not, so long as there is variety between individual NPCs and they look more like in MW.
I like the skeleton idea as well magic influencing the surroundings. I haven't played Mirror's Edge, but acrobatics in AC worked great.
I think different types of creatures should fight differently, so that you need to use different methods to take them down. I don't see the point in walking along the bottom of the water, except maybe for crabs. Some creatures should avoid the water completely. Sea dreughs - yes, land dreughs - no. I'm fine with animal nudity.
Voted yes for the companion wheel. I would love to see hand to hand expanded, as I barely used it in previous games. I don't care for busks. Mounted combat would be good.
Not sure if I care about diseases. There should be penalties to attributes / skills depending on injury, though.
I want throwing knives / spears. Not sure about grenades, don't use them personally.
I think medium armor could be made by combining heavy and light armor parts. Unarmored is useless.
Mass Effect and Dragon Age really spoiled me in terms of companion development, so I think they should be more complex and likable. No permanently summonable companions. I liked how enemies reacted in Arkham Asylum, something similar / better would be great. In fact, different enemy reactions would help a lot in making the player feel powerful / helpless.
I'm not sure how lockpicking was handled in Fallout 3, but I enjoyed picking locks in OB.
If you have a bounty, only guards in the area / city where the crime was committed should immediately recognize you.
I would not be bothered if all daedra would be summoned the same way.
I like the idea of trainers sending you on quests that would help you learn a new skill, as opposed to just standing around, like in MW.
