I'm a veteran Oblivion player who has dug up the game again after a couple of years being busy with other games (Skyrim, for instance).

I have only completed the DB-questline once, and the same with the Thieves Guild. So I would love go through them again with a new character..

I want to specialise in assassinations with posioned arrows (and sometimes maybe a dagger). So my main skills would be Sneak, Alchemy, Light Armour and Marksman.

Any tips on other skills that would be useful here? I'm considering tossing in Security and doing both guilds with one character.

As for race, my favourites for sneaky types are Khajiit and Argonian. I know Bosmer is the number one Marksman, but how much would I lose in choosing any of the beast races? I love Khajiit, but I've played so many of them, I'm considering an Argonian.

What do you guys say? An Argonian master thief and assasin, with bow, poison, sneak and security - does that sound good? Any tips regarding skills, birthsign and races is much appreciated.
