I was wandering if there are any non combat quests in the city between Diamond city and Goodneighbor.

I know the Diamond city has some, but outside of that - any tips where to go? Something with someone alive non hostile in it?

I know now about Pickman galery and the quest starts in Goodneighbor.

It is with combat, but it has some interactions.

The Pickman Gallery quest isn't a non-combat quest, so don't go in expecting that.

Really I don't think I've found any quests that didn't involve any kind of combat at all, aside from some scattered ones like building the initial beds, crops, and defenses at Sanctuary or meeting the crew members on the Prydwen.

Even most of the radiant 'fetch this' quests are going to involve at the very least taking out a group of raiders that are holed up in the building you need to get into.

OK, so tips with combat, but also something interesting inside, with some choices, cool desing or something like that.

I just did Trinity tower, it is the best one if you are looking for funny NPCs buildings around combat zones.
