So I just reinstalled oblivion, and i wanted to add my favorite class to the game being sacriers
sacriers get stronger when hit something like a berserker that balances spell buffing effects
so basically what im looking to make is spell cast on self that would activate a buff when hit that could stack

bump help a newbie out here
