Any one else have this problem? Routinely, when I use a terminal, I will glitch and get stuck after exiting. My character cannot move, nor can he reactivate the terminal. It has caused me to cuss more than once, as one of the bothersome terminals must be activated before one can leave the starter vault. I hope Bethesda is making progress toward debugging and fixing.
