I'm tired of unloading rounds into someone only to be insta killed,I'm tired of unloading into some one and getting a kill assist because my teammate got in one shot,im tired of my bullets not doing as much damage as people on the other team,I'm tired of shots not registering,I'm tired of unloading into someone and they are still able to get to cover yet I can't escape one round

There is a definite tendency for your shots to be ineffective against people. In the second or two where two people exchange fire I can tell almost instantly that if they don't die, I'm going to be the one who dies because my shots obviously aren't registering.

I don't know whether the hitscan for this game is client-side or server-side, but my suspicion is that it's server-side and I don't believe server-side hitscan really cuts it, not these days and not in a game this fast paced.

I get exactly same !! when im not crashing and frame dropping ...so fukin angry with this game defo like farcry 3 and that still isn't fixed!!
