Those are done in Flash, so you'd need to edit and then recompile the appropriate Flash file. https://github.com/Mardoxx/skyrimui; be sure to read the readme and instructions.

You could also use the PlayBink Papyrus command to play a movie clip with a completely different intro.

You can indeed try editing the flash, however my efforts in this appeared to be futile as the actual title calls seem to be hardcoded as far as I could tell. I could be wrong, but I found that the only way to get your own titles was to just edit Bethesda's and call the same commands.

Bink is a better solution usually because it's your own entirely independent video file. Of course, if your mod is 1mb, you may not want to include a bink, that can range anywhere from 5-10MB at a few seconds like (5-20 seconds ish) to hundreds of megabytes for minutes long (5-10 mins, etc). But if your mod is already larger than this shouldn't be an issue.
