After you gain renown as the Dovahkiin, I'd prefer it if people just call you that. Wouldn't make sense if some random villager went "Hey look, it's the Merchant of Death! Also, the Dragonborn!"

I don't expect much outside the way of a SK version of Hero of Kavatch, along with guildmaster titles.

there should be titles that you pick up/earn. you start as a wanderer, eventually working your way up to the title of dragonborn or dovakiin. They shouldnt be silly. Fact is the game cant call you by name and they have to call you something. so they will definitely have some kind of title system. Whether its based somehow on some kind of thing where the game picks up on what skills your majoring in (based on which skills you are furthest along in perhaps). who knows, im looking forward to what they will have and hoping it will be a little more sophisticated than the previous game.

I'm surprised only one person has called "Fable!" on this idea. That being said, I'm a little iffy on the idea(and not because of Fable) you're Dragonborn/Dovahkiin, those are all ready titles. It would also require the game to know your name and pronounce.Being called my race, guild rank, and Dovahkiin is good enough for me.

As long as you get to pick like in fable and everyone says the same name and its not like oblivion.

I expect to be called by whatever race I am. "Hello, Breton!" "Greetings, Khajiit!" "Hail, Bosmer!" Something like that... Or... Once I've reached a certain level in a guild or faction, to possibly be called by that title. In the arena, you were "The Champion", if I remember correctly... That's if you won... For some reason I thought you had a sort of nickname before that, though... I always went with Shadowstep.

And of course, Dovhakiin (sp).
