Titus Library

Over the weekend I managed to find a copy of Titus the Fox after a very long time, that got me wondering, who owns the Titus library now after the 2005 bankruptcy? Since gamesas published Prehistorik Man on the Nintendo DS earlier this year, I assume gamesas owns at least some of the library?

That's something I've been wondering myself. I'm going to assume gamesas owns some IPs while others were sold off to pay off Titus' debt when they went under.

That's my guess, most likely I'm wrong

EDIT- Found this at the end of the article in the link.

Eventually, the French government forced Titus Interactive into liquidation but named Hervé Caen as the person in charge of administring said liquidation, after which he reportedly promptly transferred what few assets Titus had left to gamesas, leaving investors with absolutely nothing.

Interesting, thanks for the link. I didn't realize such things could happen during a liquidation, don't third party companies usually take care of liquidation?

But then again, I'm not very familiar with French law. There are definitely a few gems in the Titus library which I hope we see revived.
