I can see some resemblance in his silky smooth, seductive eyes... ahem. But other than that the face is structurally different.

They all look like potato heads in Oblivion. I'm just talking about the features and their proportions.

Well, if we're talking about features, the ascended immortal's nose is far wider than Todd's, among other differences. I can kind of see what you're talking about, but you could probably make that case for a large number of NPCs in Oblivion.

It would be silly to have a few NPCs that resemble developers as easter eggs in Skyrim. I'm not sure if the Ascended Immortal looks like Todd however.

that looks...absolutely nothing like Todd.

he DID lend his countenance to Fallout 3 as a preset face, but it looked a hell of a lot more like him than that.

I'm sorry to tell ya all this, but Archmage is right I took the picture and another picture of Todd Howard place the two face on top of each other, used an effect to make Todd halfway seethrough and nearly all facial features were the same...
