... take a shopping cart from Super Duper Mart and fill it with junk, push it around with me as my second 'companion'... perhaps even with a 'crafted' cardboard sign with a random saying on it? For sure I will need Dogmeat with me to keep watch while I sleep in my cardboard box 'community'.

Yep... definitely going to be an option.

Trying to push the shopping cart will spaz out the physics engine and it will tumble around, even fly though the air like we seen in the trailer. You're gonna make a mess in the Wasteland.

I used shopping carts in Fallout 3 and you can place junk in it. The thing is that it took a long time to get it working right.

The issue was with the cart and the wheel it always wanted to run straight into the bus and when it did it caused a spark and then there goes the neighborhood.

Damn carts and buses what a fatal attraction.

To be fair, the deathclaw coming from the sewer may have been scripted. We'll have to wait and see. If it is true however, I'm right there with you with the excitement!
