I'd say that's a pretty good match. The mouth is spot on.

He was CLEARLY the inspiration behind the character's creation. not perfect on all fronts, but so close it's very hard to miss after it's pointed out.

But why not add the voice? would have made it easier to turn him into a Godd Howard companion mod after release... I could never get dialogue to work in CK/Geck/CS, except in Morrowind.
