For me he will provide a quest to seek the holy grail. He will be a bar maid, and he will be a Breton..

he will be a wood elf that only wears greaves and his job is a spear crafter, but he doesnt sell them. he also owns the only dwemer crossbow in all of skyrim but he lets his partying dragon guard it for him.

He will be working at Orc Movers Incorporated - Splitting heads and moving beds since 4E 195

He will be the master trainer in hand to hand, and will expect you to prove your skill before he will train you.

Someone on here once said there should be a Todd Howard NPC on the top of a mountain with an Anti-Material Rifle. I wholeheartedly agree.

He is the new adoring fan, In the game he takes the role of an annoying wood elf. If you do the quest for him "It's worth a price," (Were you have to rescue his mental grandma from a castle of draugr's) you will get a stave called "Ye Wabaa." The Stave is similar to the "Wabaajack," you get in Oblivion, except the Ye Wabaa with turn any non important NPC into a rainbow mudcrab. After you complete that quest for him, he will follow you everywhere, like the Adoring Fan. The only way to kill him is too push him off High Harothgar. Where you then can grab the 10k gold coins and the cool santa hat from his body.
