Todd is THE executive producer and THE game director at Bethesda. Every time he says "we thought this was too... and we decided to..." it means "I thought and I decided".

Could be worse, Todd Howard could get fired and replaced by Peter Molyneux.

While it sounds cool it would just end up being annoying and complained about more than if they had left it out. Time to go to Falkreath and stock up on arrows! Wait, while I was gone a dragon attacked, killing every single NPC and thus making me unable to ever get arrows here again or even do some quests that were staged in this area. Why? Because I decided to spend the last three hours raiding Dwemer ruins in the Reach. Yes, this feels so alive and blah blah blah but now where the [censored] will I get my arrows?

and who on earth would replace him? I have not seen one game director that has really pulled a nearly 100% perfect rpg game with total freedom besides Todd

He is unique and original, he pushed the boundaries of rpg, he is not afraid of trying new things, sometimes they do not work out to well, but stil I respect him. The fact is that with the TES series he has remarked himself and brought Bethesda studios into being the pioneers of single game RPG's. Show some respect

Okay, fine, I stand corrected.

I dislike the entire BGS (Instead of just the guy who throws money around) for taking the game in the direction I personally do not approve of.

Are you really so naive that you think Todd Howard supplies the paychecks instead of drawing them from ZeniMax like the rest of the team does? He can get fired just as easily as anyone else.
