Survival. Ninja VATS build. Scrounger 4/4. I sell a lot of unused bullets too especially .45 and .38. My character has 5.3x damage bonus + Rifleman perk so I don't use many bullets. I also have the chem resistant perk and use psycho pretty often bc those spawn often in the hospitals especially Medford.
