Too less enemies and slow respawn?

I'm now at Level 101 and i think this game needs more enemies and a faster respawn rate. Also all enemies should scale with your Level. After playing so long the game seems lonleyness. It takes forever to find Enemies and in the North Area you kill them so fast and get so less EXP that it isn't really fun anymore. You get about only 10 XP for these while you can get 100-300 for the tougher enemies in the south, which are very hard to find and respawn too slow.

I have not begun to power level or farm legendaries but I watched a video last night about farming legendaries. Was ok, should be easy to find. He had a list of 10 places he makes the rounds while waiting for the glowing sea to respawn. It takes I think 1 week in game time, maybe 2, watch the video. You can sleep for long periods and fast traveling I think uses 6 hours so by the time you travel and clear 10 places it should be time for the glowing sea again. I'm sure you're on survival or very hard. I just turned up at level 55. I was falling asleep just vats 1 shoting everything. It's fun again but then why did I get all these perks and gear just to turn up and be like I'm at the beginning again. You do get more exp and more legendary so that's the incentive. If you watch the vid, write down the places and list them here for me later.

1. Glowing Sea

2. Junkyard east of Saugus, Saugus and that whole area I think counts as part of a "red zone" region.

3. not sure of the rest.

Lucky I still have quests so in my downtime I can do those. and I havnt even fully explored the glowing sea nor finished the game.

PC must have much better graphics too from the videos. And I'm not sure if PS4 has all the skins for the armor, like heavy combat in my game doesn't look much different from normal combat but on PC they look very different. It may have to do with I can't zoom in when looking at my character.

I was going to restart and been planning it from the beginning. Then I went ahead and got LL this play through. Now maybe I can get big guns and everything else but I may want to restart anyway.

I just returned to the main building in Concord last night and everything had respawned from the raiders to all the junk lying around and in containers. Meant to check the roof for a respawn of the power armor and minigun but forgot. Also, there's a bobblehead and a magazine in the room you first meet Preston and the survivors in that I totally missed the first time around since after you clear Concord of enemies and re-enter city hall all the survivors have moved downstairs.

At level 100 I'm going to go crazy and kill everyone... like what I did in F03 NV. Killing Benny was awesome.

Now I'm messing with it. Think I just burned 1000 5.56 ammo in an hour in the glowing sea on very hard. Nerd rage saved me twice and I used some chems. And I died not too far from a save. Thinking about the economy of the laser Gatling. Think I heard a fusion core for it has 2000 ammo, maybe 500. I'd pay 2 each for 5 mm Gatling anyway on an inferior weapon, if one had to buy it. At 500 ammo the fc is cheaper, if it's 2000 ammo then it's a much better deal. I don't even have a laser gat or have big guns leveled yet tho.
