Keep your enemies close and more hated enemies closer, and send random fillers to Velothi towers to keep Hlaalu at bay. Or to get them killed. Who cares?

When I was expelled, no one would talk with me, but I did not realize that you could get reinstated an unlimited number of times just by talking with a mouth. I ended up reloading my game. Coming from Oblivion, I thought it would be more difficult to get back in and there would be a very limited number of times you could do it. Now that I know better, I am much happier about being Telvanni in Morrowind.
