Too many Skyrim saboteurs in the ranks.

One thing I notice on this forum is there's seems to be a crap magnet for whiners and/or it's flooded with trolls from competitors. Bethesda needs to get control of their board and make it more of a positive and constructive environment for both members and net profit.

Here's a post on a third party forum that seems have a decent group of Skyrim aficionados, and sums up what I am seeing here:

Holy hell. What a bunch of whiny cry-baby gamers over there. Good lord. You ever see the show "Bridezillas" on TV? Same thing. Ugh. Almost every single thread complains about how the game is completely "unplayable", while the idiot authors admit that they're playing on a substandard machine.

Bunch of spoiled children. If you enjoy the game and trust Bethesda to get it fixed, don't bother visiting over there. http://skyrimforums.org/threads/so-i-just-visited-the-bethesda-skyrim-forums.1995/

inb4 complaining about complainers. I know how you feel I am new to these forums and enjoy looking at useful or interesting threads. Instead of the usually complaints.

Popular products get high volume of consumer feedback.

Welcome to every forum for every game ever made!

This forum is no different from every other gaming forum I've ever participated in! People like to complain about things they dislike and forums are a perfect place to do it.

And those with problems will always be louder than those without them.

The amount of people playing Skyrim error free is probably much larger than those experiencing any serious issues. My sympathies to those that do, however.

I think they are all working for the Thalmor. Clearly they are hoping to dishearten Bethesda enough so they don't make another game were we get to stand up to them and say "Back of Thalmor, back off".

Agree, especially considering the record sales volume = the majority must be having a good time with the game.

Yes indeed.

Lot of people complain over online because it's easy venue to express your opinion to large audience. Unless these complaints are just flat out factually wrong with malicious intent to misinform, true fans shouldn't mind at all because praise or complaint, it's clear what is on their mind; SKYRIM.

If I had experienced that game breaking (I mean really game breaking) save bug like that on the PS3, I'd be complaining pretty loudly too.

This thread is a bad idea. If you feel the forum is too negative, the answer isn't to complain and make the forum more negative, but to make a positive thread.
