Something other than a vague, one-dimensional thread that says "there's too much Fallout in Skyrim" without explaining what exactly that means, justifying the claim with examples of which features are migrating to the series, explaining how that's a bad thing, etc.
There's pretty much nothing Fallout in Skyrim as far as we've been shown. Fallout is post-apocalypse retro-futurism heavily laced with black humor, with a traditional quest/kill-reward XP system, skills boosted by choice on level up, player-set attributes at startup, completely different approach to character interaction from Elder Scrolls, etc. How exactly is there any Fallout in Skyrim? Perks, maybe? The perks that don't work in the same way as Fallout 3 and are tied directly to skills and set up in trees instead of just being free-floating with prerequisites tied most prominently to character level? That's really the only assumption I can make, and to say that's "too much Fallout" is, well... dumb.
