Too Much Fallout?

I for one hope so. There was a lot of progress, particularly with characters and the dialogue system, that will hopefully translate over to Skyrim. I don't think people would be complaining about this as much if Bethesda had called Skyrims 'perks' talents or something instead, as this seems to be where the negative comparisons come into play.

It's not going to be like Fallout. Perks are entirely different, not same skills, not same attributes, not same leveling. What is the same as Fallout so far??

Edit: Dialogue is something I wouldn't say has been influenced by fallout, it's just natural evolution. It's obviously not going to be as fallout. No time-pausing is one of the biggest differences in dialogue.

I hope TES isnt influenced by Fallout... What do you guys think

I also hope there isn't too much Fallout in TES.
And I also hope that there will be no more TES what so ever in any future Fallout title.

But being realistic: The two franchises are going to become clones of one another, same gameplay, same mechanics, same writing, same game world design, same dumbing down, same simplification, same unbalanced combat and character specialization. /speculation

We know that they are trying to streamline Skyrim compared to OB and FO3, but that does not have to mean dumbed down. Just though I should mention that.

From what I've seen each new game has been more dumbed down than the previous.
Don't see why Skyrim would be an exception.

....You guys are taking the Title Too literally :lmao:

Of course there aren't going to be supermutants and radiation in Skyrim, like seriously :bonk:

Bethesda, WILL use what works from Fallout 3 In Skyrim, I said this last year unfortunately the post recall function only goes back to march of this year even though the system says it keeps information for a full year.
