I've done all the quests and pretty much collected everything I wanted, so I decided to steal Haley's handyman repair suit... I gave Haley combat armor instead.

Even without the handyman suit, his repair skill stays at 100? I thought for sure I remembered it going down a lot after last taking his suit... I even went back

to the Capital Wasteland and to Point Lookout a couple of times - it's still 100. Hope it stays that way, might come in handy again some day
