Everything else, while a lot of games certainly do look good, they all achieve a somewhat similar level of graphic fidelity (thanks for ruining/dapening some of that competition, consoles
). Though, I will mention Mass Effect 2 looked great given the engine it was using, it certainly had its uggo moments though.
Car games always look good, but they've got it easy. The only thing that really needs a lot of work on in car games is the cars themselves. everything else around you just needs a certain level of polish, since at no point will you be sitting around, holding still, and checking things out. so basically handful of cars, and a map to ride on, and thats a racing game, so it's really easy to see why they can achieve what they can graphically.
Also, I like half life 2 and all but I don't see why it should be considered to be on this list, it shows its age.
