What do you believe the 5 most memorable NPCs of TES series are? Here's my list:

Hah, Fargoth. Absolute gem of a character.
Obviously Caius.
Almalexia was also one of my favourites.
I really enjoyed the Oblivion quest with the guy in the Lighthouse basemant and his mother's skull. Obviously he can't be re-used, but a similar mental-case!
Crassius Curio's gotta be stuck on the end.

Caius Cosades
Vivec
Dagoth Ur
Fargoth
Jiub

IMO, the only memorable character from OB was Baurus and Sheogorath. But not better than Jiub. :)

Tul

I remember Tul! On my first character I had him follow me everywhere! I was so gutted when I found him out, though :(

  • Divayth Fyr
  • Vivec
  • Almalexia
  • Dagoth Ur
  • Haskill

I'd add Sotha Sil to that list, but then, he's not really an NPC, sadly.

Martin
Caius
Uriel
Jiub
Teinaava

A close tie with Teinaava is Ra'Virr, for a long time he was the only merchant I went to in Morrowind when I first played.

Dagoth Ur (the most epic voice acting ever)
Crassius Curio (My actual words "Seriously strip naked .... wtf is going on!?")
Jiub (Not sure why but the character design stuck with me. I actually made a custom jiub race for oblivion but never bothered to release it)
Sheogorath (close second for epic voice acting)
Vivec (1st time I met a god in game ... for some reason I could never bring myself to kill him)

Honorable mentions:

Umbra (by far one of my favorite battles)
Almalexia (obviously)
Helseth
Barenziah

Poor Tul, maybe that red guard did something bad, or Tul could have been a bounty hunter, he was so useful on my first time playing TES3, but that was because I was terrible in the beginning. Tul was my friend. :hubbahubba:

Divayth Fyr. Eh, That's the only I can think of at the moment.

Ah, I suppose I should add Sheogorath from the Shivering Isles. He was pretty cool.

5. Mistress Therana-That poor, poor Khajiit :(
4. Uriel Septim VIII-Patrick Stewart voiced him. nuff said
3. M'aiq the Liar (MW version)-Hate what they did to him in Oblivion, but was quite the pleasant surprise in MW!
2. Divayth Fyr-Gives me the chills just thinking about him. He just felt powerful, with that menacing glare of his.
1. Sheogorath-Such a funny, well-written character, one of Beth's few ;)

Now that I think about it, few Oblivion chars really stuck with me. Beth slipped in that regard with Oblivion imo. Now Fallout 3 on the other hand...Three Dog anyone?

I always have hated Matin with a burning passion. I've knocked him unconcuis like twenty billion times.

J'Ghasta. He should have been Expanded.
Fyr was SICK!!!
Jim Stacey.
Baurus. He died in one of my savegames, and As such I only ever fought with his Katana for the rest of the game (and I had started out as a mage)
Eno Hlaalu. Creepy and stuff.

Dagoth Ur
Vivec
Fargoth
Divath Fyr
Sotha Sil (I was amazed by him from what I learnt about him in in-game books. Unfortunately, you don't get the chance to meet him personally. At least not in the usual way)
