I changed my guns vote to save game erasure on death - I somehow managed to miss that one.

1-10 spears :)

Dam, you hate spears that much, that all ten of your Top Ten Least wanted features in Skyrim is spears? Ok.

I don't care for them personally and wouldn't use them but i have nothing against them being in game if they are balanced.

Make it a Multiple-Choice... Every option svcked donkey balls.

Poll needs an "Absolutely ALL of the above." option, I can't pick just one.

Well that would skew the results and defeat the purpose of building a TOP TEN based on how the community feels.

How about quest givers with exclamation marks over their heads?

I would like to suggest little green diamonds over NPCs' heads to indicate that they are happy, and little red diamonds to show that they are pissed off because they just lost an epic fight against a mudcrab.

It seems to me that your poll includes a lot of things that we don't really have to worry about because we know they won't be in the game (i.e. multiplayer, guns, starting as a child, absolute game ending, etc.) Those are things that the developers have already ruled out or are completely inconsistent with the franchise.
Though I would say for me, I hate the idea of save points in an open-ended game.

1:1 Timscale
No, I don't want to have to get up at 4am to kill an npc in his sleep.

Stereoscopic 3D
Don't care.

Guns
I don't care too much for the lore, so I wouldn't mind seeing guns but only if they are exceptionally old and crude looking.

Motion Control
No, I don't see how this would work and I don't want to.

Multi-Player
Don't care.

Save Game Erasure on Death
My monitor would be heading out my window the first time I died. No thanks

Save Points
No, what if I have to exit the game right away and it's been a long time since the last save? I'm the kind of obsessive compulsive who saves the game every 2 minutes.

Simulated Bodily Functions
Nah, I don't want to have to stop the slaying to take a piss.

Starting As a Child
Wouldn't be horrible, but starting in prison is more to the point.

Game Has an Ending
Terrible idea, in fact it should be the complete opposite case, not only can you continue playing but npc's will recognise that you saved the world or whatever.

Having Children
Don't care

Dragon Mounts
Actually... yes! It's probably not in keeping with the lore but what do I care when I'm riding a dragon and burning villages to the ground. Besides aren't we supposed to be some kind of mighty dragonborn hero, surely we could tame a dragon.

They have name-aphobia. Call something perks, the sky is falling. Call them skills boosts, the world is right. Call something a gun, the sky is falling. Call something a staff, the world is right. Even if they do the same exact thing, people freak out for no real reason. It's rather annoying.

1. Guns
2. 1:1 time scale
3. Starting as a child
4. 3D
5. Simulated bodily functions
6. Save erasure on death
7. Motion control
8. Unlimited magicka (like Fable, yes I've seen it suggested)
9. Invincibility (like Fable, yes I've also seen this suggested)
10. Making only 3 skills; melee, magic, and stealth

In my deffence, I did sugest to add 30 perk trees that would grow just like skills do now. Ya know, 100 stars down the middle that represent the level you're at. Pretty much the same thing, but then again I did change the name(not the function, but the name) so of course people just flamed me.

Erase my saved games? I think not!

I want to get my butt kicked early on. A low level character should die. A good player will remember the place, and return at a higher level for revenge. If I ever play a game from start to finish without ever getting killed, I wasted my time.

Save points? No.
Gun's? Of course not.
Poop? Nope.
Motion control, as a console option? Who cares about an option they will never use.

Kids and dragon mounts? How about dragons riding around on kids?

Actually, I don't think that ending the game after the MQ would necessarily be awful, as long as it made sense. For example, if completing the MQ made you, like a God or Daedra Prince it wouldn't make any sense to continue playing. I mean, you couldn't be killed, nothing would challenge you. And Bethesda is too smart to say "congrats! You're a God!" and let you go on playing as if nothing happened, right? (SI anyone?)

This is about game play features not DRM. Please vote for or suggest the one game play feature you'd least like to see added to TES.

1. Game has an ending
2. Guns
3. Telepathic/psychic random guards who know of your pickpocketing crimes from other cities news seems to travel faster than your legs.
4. No M'aiq
5. No customisable "malibu" stronghold

I would be pretty gutted if the game ends and I couldn't explore the game more.

Telepathic angry guards. would be cool if beth slowed down the pace of the wanted difficulty just a tad.

All of those are pretty bad... but guns would totally ruin the whole game.

I really can't believe alot of people vote multiplayer. Sure ONLINE Multiplayer would be DUMB, BUT....LAN Multiplayer / Co-Op would be so fricken AWESOME In my Opinion. I don't get what you people have against LAN like Multiplayer in a game like Oblivion or Skyrim. I'd love to see something like that, sadly, i won't....ever :(

...you've never used a staff...have you?

Change the way you hold a staff, and you have one insainly over-powered magical gun. Universal ammo, shots don't dip, anyone can use them, once its out of ammo you recharge or reload it...

Problem with this is that many like me would not finish the main quest. Yes ending the game makes life easier for developers as the ending will usually change the world. If felt a little stupid in Oblivion but you was mainly Martins sidekick, yes you did the hard work, it's part of the job description.
Solution don't make a main quest who ends with making you emperor or similar.
Something like in broken steel where you get visible changes after it would be nice.

7 - Save Game Erasure on Death

This one.
It's actually pretty stupid idea and don't understand why it would be in the game at all.

Also, Co-Op/MP is a great idea.
Only people here just automatic negative response just for sake of negative responses and because everyone is doing it so.
No one doesn't even think about how actually good Co-Op/MP could be.

I love you! ^^
No, really.
At least an ability to fight you buddy in an arena would be awesome, wouldn't ruin the game at all (would only improve it), give us a lot more of gameplay time and fighting your friend every now and then would make game way more interesting.

Not everyone feels that multi-player is the epitome of gaming. When perusing the fan base of a single player game franchise chances are you will find a large portion of them think quite the opposite.

For me the anti multi player comes from anti WOW knee jerk reaction. I don't want anything like WOW.

LAN co-op or head to head in an arena would be awesome. But the core of any TES game should always be single player.

If guns where added into the game I would be majorly disappointed. This series has been a medieval fantasy sword fighting, axe chopping, hammer bashing series through and through and has been my getaway from all the annoying shooter games that are exactly the same. PLEASE DONT ADD ANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Er...we got two options here. If you get to use the gear you get in game...it would result in both sides having over 100% reflect armor. You'd be playing ping pong with the damage, and no one would die so no one could win.

If they took away all your cool gear to fight each other...then what's the point of fighting each other in the first place? Woudln't you want to see the cool armor your friend has in comparison to you?

Either way...it just wouldn't work. Its not just that people don't want it...it physically can't be done with the way TES is made. TES is geared for single players. At the end game, when you've hit the soft level cap, you are all but a devine. You're basically a god among mortals. Turn this around, and have two demi-gods duke it out...its just not built for multi-player. TES would need to make a game 100% devoted to mulitplayer, balancing stuff would need to be done, and at the end of the day it just wouldn't be popular. It would have to be the king of games for it to sell, because right off the bat they'll be fighting bad press with their fan base. It doesn't make business sense.

Hate to say it, but they're all ready in under the name staffs. Scratch that, I don't hate saying it. I rather like it, just wish I could change how I hold it so aiming makes sense.
