ok as we all know in oblivion there was one npc who was most killed , humilaited and abandoned his name was actullty i forgot il just call him the annoying fan from now on.

but yeah i was wondering are there any npcs like this in skyrim and if so what can we do to put an end to their regin of annoyence

2.tranformations (like turn into a dragon or sumthing
3. Cookies of the gods (insta health)
4.pets (dogs , cats that sought of thing)
5.alcohol effects like passing out
