Today is my birthday and I had just gotten the game Fallout 3. I heard there were perks and stats. Along with skill books and bobbleheads. I was wandering if people could make lists of the Perks and what they did. Post every stat and what they did. Where I can find all the skill books and bobbleheads. This would help my gameplay ten-fold.
