I might suggest explaining what each of the ratings mean, or their equivalents in a different rating system, because not all of us live in... whichever country uses the ratings the poll options are in.
But I'd say the rating will probably be either M or T, not sure which. Oblivion got rated T upon release, but the rating was later changed to M, whereas Morrowind got rated T and remained so. So honestly, I could see it going either way, I'm not sure what those ratings would trranslate to into other rating systems, especially since each rating board might have their own standards to determine ratings, so the same game could end up being considered appropriate for one demographic in Europe while in North America it's given a different rating. Although it would not seem unlikely that the game will be rated M, since I don't expect Bethesda to tone down on the violence compared to Oblivion, if anything, I wouldn't be surprised if they go up a bit, since the trend as of late in the industry seems to be that if you want your game to be taken seriously, you need to make it "dark" and "edgy", for an added bonus, add in a healthy dose of brown or gray and you have yourself an award winning title. But I doubt it's going to get rated AO. I can't see the game being any darker or gorier than Fallout 3 or New Vegas, at the most.
As for what rating it should get, I'd say Bethesda should not worry about the rating and just do whatever they think will make the best game, though if it turns out to be the game I hope it will be, it'll probably be rated M in the US.
