Not at all. If an RPG has Co-op it has to be built around the idea, you can't just go "Oh, and we'll add that, and that, and this too." The Co-op would be garbage and a complete waste of time.

It might be cool in a different Fallout game, but not NV.

No, there have been several topics on the same thing, although they get locked very quickly, the general idea would be that it would not work out too well. Bethesda/Obsidian are good at making single player games, I dont want them to change.

They won't lol. They've said it a couple times I believe that they are avoiding the co-op factor an keeping the traditional single player of the series.

It's been tried on the Gamebryo engine, it never works and it's garbage.
