a topic with some questions

First of all I use Fcom.

Now let's go to the questions:
1- When I see wild horses they start running away from me, even If I'm not trying to kill them. Is that normal? I tried to stalk one horse and while doing that I tried to kill it, but he didn't react to me, he just kept running. Isn't that strange?
2- I wanna edit one mod, Moe lichcraft, and delete all the part related to licantropy. To do that, which program must I use?
3- Do you have some alternative to MMM+OOO?
4- Sometimes my enemy die, but they stand still like if their phisyc is messed up. how can I fix that?

2. Familiarize yourself with the CS.
3. WAC, Oblivion WarCry, Francesco's, TIE, OWC-ND, ROM and FCOM, but the latter incorporates OOO and MMM.
4. If they assume a crucified pose that's a carry over form the vanilla game and nothing to do with any mod. If using Streamline it's fixable by altering a line in it's ini file

thank you. I saw there is a great wikia related to the construction set. But now I got a question. I wanna cut away all the script related to lycantropy, how am I able to find it?

Scripting in my mind is certainly the most difficult part of Oblivion modding.
Without downloading and examining the mod in question it's something I wouldn't consider answering.

Try TES Alliance, they have modding schools and rooms to answer such questions and help.

1. Yes, like Shikishima said.
2. You may be able to do some of that with Tes4Edit
3. Depending on what changes you want to your game. Frans is a good alternative, and then you can use individual mods that make similar changes/additions as MMM and OOO.
4. Do you mean immediately after you kill them or when you come back through an area where you have already killed them? If the latter then as Shikishima said, although you may try an alternative to streamline which is Kuertee Auto Save And Time which also has a purge cell buffer and crucified poses options.
