I would just like some robes that look kinda torn up and ragged at the bottom and at the sleeves.

Any mod robes that look like this?

if the robe mesh has alpha turned on it might not be that hard* to make them looked torn and ragged but it would effect all of them. I would also matter how the texture is applied, Is there a particular robe that you wanted to look that way,. i can't say that i have seen a mod that adds any the are almost worn out.

you could also just pick up a better bodies robe mesh with the alphas and create a few seperate robes which are not replacers at all and then wouldnt have to worry about changing anything thats currently in the game. and just adding torn and ragged edges to the bottem of the robe and the sleaves should not be a problem though make sure you use the proper version of the mesh if you want the sleaves to show up in first person.

I know that the Playable Dremora Prince mod adds "Filthy Rags" as a clothing for when the Dremora player first enters Seyda Neen. I suppose you could just add that to your character through the console, but I'm not sure that robe is exactly what you are looking for.
