Maybe they finally have interesting characters with dialogue trees, like in New Vegas or the Skyrim mod "Interesting NPCs".

This is pretty close. I have approximately 1.7 gigs of voice data in my Oblivion folder. Textures are 1.1 gigs, Meshes are 640 megs and sounds and misc add up to 322 megs.

This is what I'm hoping aswell. That the extra dialogue is branches and deeper conversation. Not 500+ NPCs with the line "Hi there!". Also possibly more perk related speech options.

Gotta say, I was disappointed at first hearing a voiced protagonist, but this makes me feel a little better.

If I remember correctly a single layer blu-ray holds around 25 GB. A dual layer holds up to 50 GB.
